Had a last minute printing need. Sent the email with document attached. Got a call right away to confirm details. Hours later received an email the job was completed!!! Couldn’t be more satisfied. Great service, phone call was great, in person customer service exceeded expectations. Great job!!!! Definitely recommend.

Usually mail(got my mail, very late though) Comes by at 5 pm and I still haven’t got my package yet, it’s labeled as out for delivery and neither have my clothes nor ring came in the mail. Tried contacting a live agent and the robot said they can’t connect me to a representative…

Paul has been and is extremely helpful and pleasant. Very well priced, quick and efficient service! Staff are always ready to assist with projects and make it easy to do business.

I do all of my printing needs here: training books, manuals, and signage. The team is always willing to help, and routinely go above and beyond with their customer service skills to impress. Just today I walked in with a big job, slightly outside their normal scope, that had to be turned quickly, and they didn't flinch! They communicate well, and turn out high quality products. Looking at their reviews, it is sad to see so many low reviews & low stars due to Amazon non-prepaid shipping labels keeping them down. (I actually had that happen once, 5 buck return for a 10 buck item, but it was my fault for not checking the return policy.. not the UPS store.) Bottom line, Paul (the owner) and his team are great for the community, run a great store, and turn out awesome products. Highly recommend!

Have a UPS shipping account that Ive used at multiple other locations with no issues..multiple cites, multiple states...Visit this location and was told they don't ship things using my account and gave little effort to even attempt to look up my account...I asked them to look it up and they still did not. I guess I'll have to go to another one of the other magical stores that have employees that do their jobs and are able to ship my stuff..Don't come here...Find another store.
